Failure analysis

Alarm failure

Over-travel alarm indicates that the machine has reached the limit during the operation. Please check according to the following steps:

Whether the designed graphic size exceeds the processing range.

Check whether the connection between the motor shaft and the screw of the machine is loose. If so, tighten the screws.

Are the machine and computer properly grounded.

Whether the current coordinate value exceeds the software limit value range.

Overtravel alarm release

During the overtravel, all the motion axes are automatically set to the jog state. As long as the manual direction key is kept pressed, the machine will resume the connected motion status at any time when the machine leaves the extreme position (that is, off the overtravel point switch). Pay attention to movement when moving the workbench. The direction must be far from the extreme position. The soft limit alarm needs to be cleared in the coordinate setting.

Non-alarm fault

Repeat processing accuracy is not enough, check according to the second item.

The computer is running and the machine is not moving. Check whether the connector of the computer control card and the electrical box is loose. If so, insert it tightly and tighten the fixing screw.

When the machine cannot find the signal when returning to the machine origin, check according to Article 2. The proximity switch at the machine origin has failed.

Output failure

No output, please check if the computer and control box are connected.

Open the settings in the engraving manager to see if the space is full and delete unused files in the manager.

Whether the signal cable wiring is loose, carefully check whether each line is connected.

Carving failure

Whether the screws of each part are loose.

Check that the path you are working on is correct.

If the file is too large, the computer has processed errors.

Increase or decrease the spindle speed to suit different materials (generally 8000-24000).

Loosen the knife chuck, clamp the knife in one direction, and place the knife straight to prevent the carved object from being polished.

Check whether the tool is damaged, replace it with a new one, and re-engraving.
