Replacement tools and steps of electric spindle bearing, 8 steps completed
Related tools: gasoline, gasoline basin, manual pressure plate, screwdriver, dynamic balancer, spare high temperature and high speed bearing grease.
Step 1: screw out all the screws at the end of the spindle with a screwdriver.
Step 2: press out the bearing with the pressure plate (be careful not to touch the coil, which is easy to be damaged).
Step 3: wash the bearing with gasoline and dry it.
Step 4: replace with new bearing grease, rotate the bearing by hand to make the grease fully "absorb".
Step 5: re balance the rotor.
Step 6: press the bearing in with a pressure plate.
Step 7: screw in the screws.
Step 8: connect the power supply to the frequency converter, and drive slowly from low speed to high speed for 1-2 minutes. No problem, it's finished!
